Part of Cafec's roast specific range, this filter is built for light roasts.
The paper is denser than a standard filter, which slows the flow and gives the water more time in the coffee bed for a longer, more even extraction. The payoff is greater clarity, a clean and juicy mouthfeel and more intense flavour from delicate, brighter coffees. Made in Japan from refined white paper and fully biodegradable.
