Welcome to Roastability Coffee Roasters. These terms cover how you use our website at byroastability.com and how we work together when you place an order. By using our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. We have kept them simple and fair.

About us

Roastability Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery based in Penang, Malaysia. You can reach us any time at info@roastability.com.

Using our website

You are welcome to browse and shop with us. When you place an order or create an account, please give accurate and current information so we can serve you properly. You agree to use our site for lawful purposes only.

Our products

We roast fresh coffee to order in small batches, so every bag is made for you. We describe our coffees, origins and tasting notes as accurately as we can. Flavour is personal, and natural products change from harvest to harvest, so tasting notes are a guide rather than a guarantee. Product photos and packaging colours may look a little different on your screen.

Prices and availability

Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We may update prices, products and offers at any time. Some of our coffees are seasonal or limited in quantity, so an item may sell out or change.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We will send an order confirmation once your payment is received. We may decline or cancel an order in some cases, for example if an item is out of stock or if there has been a pricing or product error. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are handled securely through our checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, and your order is processed once payment is confirmed.

Shipping and delivery

Because we roast to order, your coffee is roasted and dispatched fresh. Delivery times depend on your location and the courier. Once a parcel is with the courier we cannot control how long it takes, but we are always happy to help you follow up if something seems delayed.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site, including our name, logo, packaging design, photos, words and brand, belongs to Roastability Coffee Roasters. Please do not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our permission.

Our responsibility

We take great care with our coffee and our service. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses that come from using our products or website. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under Malaysian consumer law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, so please check back now and then. Continuing to use our site means you accept the current terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes will be handled by the Malaysian courts.
