Cafec's signature filter, made in Japan from abaca, a fibre several times stronger than ordinary wood pulp. A fine crimped texture on both sides of the paper keeps an even gap against the dripper, so water flows freely at an ideal speed while fine grounds stay caught, leaving a clean and vibrant cup.
The refined white paper keeps the coffee's own flavour clear, and it is FSC certified and fully biodegradable. A favourite of pour over enthusiasts and competition brewers alike.
